Pizza e Vino is a truly Neapolitan experience. We’re dedicated to serving you the finest, most authentic Neapolitan pizza. Our wood-fired pizzas are approximately 12” in size and are made with the finest ingredients imported from Italy. We start with fresh fior di latte mozzarella, organic San Marzano tomatoes and Italian extra virgin olive oil. Our dough is prepared daily using imported Caputo flour that’s hand pressed and baked in our Italian-built wood-burning oven to a blistering 900 degrees for 90 seconds. Each pizza is one of a kind; each is its own unique work of art. Buon Appetito!

Come in and watch us make your pizza in just a few minutes. Our authentic Napoletana pizzas cook in our wood burning oven in about 90 seconds.


Pizza Reheating Instructions
Preheat oven and pizza stone (if available) to 450°. Remove pizza from box and place in oven
on pizza stone or cookie sheet. Bake until cheese bubbles (about 3 to 5 minutes). Use caution
when removing hot pizza from the oven.
